We're looking for a Field Manager to join our team serving the Charleston, SC area. In this role, you'll work closely with builders, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure quality installations, resolve issues, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The Field Manager is a full-time, hourly position responsible for overseeing installation quality and building strong relationships with builders and internal teams. This role involves conducting quality inspections, performing minor field repairs, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring subcontractors follow company quality and safety standards throughout the Charleston, SC service area.
Build and maintain professional relationships with builders, subcontractors, and internal teams
Travel to job sites using a company vehicle to perform inspections and assigned duties
Conduct quality control inspections of completed installations
Perform minor field repairs, including scratches, chips, cleaning, and caulking, as needed
Identify, communicate, and resolve customer concerns, escalating issues when appropriate
Complete required reports and communicate updates to management
Conduct field safety audits of subcontractors to ensure compliance with company standards
Conduct builder satisfaction surveys and identify opportunities for improvement
Attend jobsite planning and safety meetings as needed
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Must be at least 23 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
1–3 years of related industry experience preferred
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record that meets company insurance requirements
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to build positive relationships with customers, subcontractors, and team members
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and commitment to customer satisfaction
Willingness to follow all company policies and safety requirements
