The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment, managing a team of up to 15 members, and identifying new growth opportunities for the company. This role requires a hands-on approach, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
• Ensure a safe working environment and foster a culture of safety.
• Manage a team of up to 15 members in planning, organizing, and executing operations.
• Provide hands-on training for new Account Managers.
• Oversee customer reports prepared by Account Managers.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities to grow the company.
• Responsible for Profit & Loss {P&L).
Qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years of Account Manager experience in Upstream chemicals.
• Ability to write service recommendations to customers with minimal assistance.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel to various job locations as required
