Job Description - Field Marketer

Experienced Field Marketer – Door-to-Door Marketing
Location: West Springfield, MA & Surrounding Areas
Company: Total Remodeling and Repair
Are you a driven and outgoing professional who thrives on face-to-face interaction and loves the thrill of sales? Total Remodeling and Repair is hiring experienced canvassers to join our fast-growing team and help homeowners improve their homes — one door at a time. We specialize in bathrooms, roofing, windows, doors, gutters, and siding, and we’re looking for motivated individuals who are ready to hit the ground running and grow with a company that rewards hustle.

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Prior experience in door-to-door sales or canvassing
✔ Excellent communication and people skills
✔ Confident, energetic, and self-motivated
✔ Comfortable working outdoors and walking 3–5 miles per day
✔ Willing and available to work evenings and weekends
✔ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Knock on residential doors in assigned neighborhoods to promote our home remodeling services
• Spark conversations with homeowners and educate them about our products
• Set qualified appointments for our sales team
• Distribute flyers and help spread the word through door-to-door outreach and basic social media promotions
• Accurately collect homeowner contact info and track your activity
• Represent Total Remodeling and Repair with professionalism and enthusiasm
