David creates tools to increase muscle and decrease fat. Our first product is a protein bar. More broadly, David is a platform to develop high-protein, low-calorie, blood-sugar-friendly foods that are craveable.
This is a rare opportunity to join a breakout food brand at a pivotal stage of growth. Led by CEO Peter Rahal, Cofounder and Former CEO of RXBAR, David is working to become the leading consumer food brand focused on high-protein foods in North America and beyond.
Role:
We're looking for an energetic and reliable Field Marketing Analyst to join our Events Team. You'll support activations of all kinds including expos, samplings, influencer events, community events, and more. Ideal candidates are outgoing, enthusiastic, and bring strong organizational and execution skills. This role includes travel roughly once a month or every other month. You'll play a vital role in helping David deliver impactful in-person experiences.
Responsibilities:
Planning and Coordination:
Lead end-to-end planning for individual events, including sourcing vendors, equipment, decor, and materials, coordinating timelines, and managing logistics from concept through execution
Manage expo schedule and handle all show preparations, including packing supplies, organizing setup, and printing marketing materials
Coordinate scheduling and communication with brand ambassadors and support staff
Research and evaluate new event opportunities aligned with David's brand and growth goals
On Site Event Support:
Oversee on-site execution including setup, operation, and breakdown of displays, fabricated assets, and decor
Represent David with professionalism and enthusiasm while engaging attendees and creating memorable brand interactions
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting event space throughout activations
Support product sales at events where applicable
Event Analysis:
Recap events with clear takeaways on what worked, what didn't, and what to improve
Track ROI by collecting impression, engagement, and qualitative data
Work with event budgets, track spending, and identify opportunities to optimize costs without sacrificing quality
Requirements
Preferred but not required:
Experience with event logistics, setup, and execution
Familiarity with CPG, food and beverage, or a consumer brand environment
Required:
Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage vendor relationships effectively
Exceptionally detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
Comfortable being hands-on at events, including weekend work as needed
No ego when it comes to pitching in, from high-level coordination to scrappy on-the-ground tasks
A proactive problem-solver with strong follow-through and ownership
Collaborative, self-driven, and excited to grow with a fast-moving team
Benefits
This is a full-time, in-office role based in New York City. We work onsite five days a week- when the culture fits, it is fun to be in the office together.
Salary: $85,000-$95,000 per year, inclusive of bonus.
