Mack & Schuhle, a premier wine & spirits importer in the US, is seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to support our sales team in enhancing our brand visibility and driving market share across the Northeast. This role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies that promote our distinguished portfolio through both on-trade (bars, restaurants, hotels) and off-trade (retail stores, liquor shops) channels, as well as dynamic events and brand activations. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of the Northeast market, supported by at least five years of residency in New York.

- Assist in the creation and execution of marketing strategies to support the sales team, aiming to increase market share throughout the Northeast region.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to organize promotional events and campaigns.
- Develop and produce point of sale materials and sales decks that effectively communicate the brand's value and offerings.
- Provide support in preparing and delivering presentations for both internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Manage and grow our social media presence, creating engaging content that aligns with our brand's values and objectives.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, providing strategic insights to enhance our market position.
- Compile and analyze marketing data to prepare detailed reports and improve future marketing strategies.
- Support daily administrative tasks and ensure all communications maintain brand consistency.
- Participate actively in marketing events or activations to boost brand awareness and support sales initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the wine and spirits industry.
- Must have resided in New York for at least 5 years, with a thorough understanding of the local market dynamics.
- Proficient understanding of various marketing platforms, including digital and traditional media.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing software (e.g., CRM tools, online analytics).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinker with a knack for problem-solving.
- Beginner skills in Adobe Illustrator
