Job Description - Field Marketing Manager

Summary: 


The Field Marketing Manager – North America plays a key role in connecting corporate marketing initiatives with Brand Partner engagement across the region. Reporting to the Executive Director of North America Marketing, this individual is responsible for driving strategic marketing execution, overseeing digital field platforms, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure consistency and alignment in messaging and campaigns. The role requires a detail-oriented, proactive marketer and project manager with a passion for wellness, community building, and fast-paced team environments. 


 


Essential Functions 



  • Plan and execute marketing support for key field events such as Convention, YL Day, and Experience YL Day. 



  • Ensure all messaging and assets align with campaign goals, brand standards, and cross-department initiatives. 



  • Maintain and update field-facing platforms like the Virtual Office, Dropbox, and Notion. 



  • Lead content strategy and execution for the field content-sharing app in collaboration with internal stakeholders. 



  • Manage cross-functional marketing projects including product training, educational content, and opportunity campaigns. 



  • Coordinate deliverables across creative, legal, product marketing, and digital teams to meet deadlines and ensure accuracy. 



  • Develop and deliver the monthly field newsletter and other strategic communications. 



  • Work with the corporate communications team to ensure consistency in tone, timing, and accuracy. 



  • Oversee content planning and updates for digital tools and platforms such as Clearshare, OLEO, and Notion. 



  • Support adoption and usability of digital tools in coordination with training and marketing operations teams. 



  • Collaborate with Sales Development to create marketing campaigns that engage Brand Partners and promote income opportunities. 


 


Skills & Qualifications 



  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail. 



  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear, concise messaging. 



  • Proven project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives. 



  • Proficiency with digital tools including Notion, Dropbox, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management software. 



  • Strategic, collaborative, and proactive mindset with a passion for wellness and community-building. 



  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, purpose-driven work environment. 


 


Preferred Education and Experience 



  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 



  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, brand communications, or field engagement. 



  • Direct sales or multi-level marketing (MLM) industry experience is highly preferred. 


 


Required Education and Experience 



  • Minimum of 3 years in a marketing or related communications role. 



  • A combination of education and professional experience may be considered to meet the requirements. 


 


Supervisory Responsibility: 


This job does not have supervisory responsibilities. 


Work Environment: 


This job operates in a professional office environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as a laptop, desktop, smartphone, and photocopiers. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Essential oils are worn and/or diffused in the work environment. 


Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: 


This position requires the incumbent to be physically present at the assigned worksite. The regular schedule is from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with an hour lunch, Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Employees are also expected to work at least one non-convention farm event a year and to work at the annual company convention. 


 Exact hour requirements can be reasonably modified as necessary for the business needs by the employee’s manager. 


Physical Demands: 


The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Specific vision abilities of this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. The employee is required to type, file, and occasionally lift office supplies up to 20 pounds. The employee must be physically able to tolerate the scent of essential oils worn or diffused.
