Now, we’re hiring a Field Marketing Supervisor to lead the charge in door-to-door and event outreach and help us build the next generation of high-performing lead generators.

What You’ll Do: 

• Coach and develop- field marketing representatives in both classroom and field settings—helping them refine their pitch, overcome objections, and generate qualified appointments. 

• Lead from the front—participating in field activities, conducting daily check-ins, and motivating your team with real-time coaching. 

• Track team performance through key KPIs such as appointments set, territory coverage, and lead quality—and use that data to guide individual and team development. 

• Collaborate with sales and company leadership to align lead generation efforts with revenue goals and regional priorities. 

What You Bring: 

• 2+ years in door-to-door canvassing, face-to-face field marketing, show and event marketing, or D2D sales 

• Experience training, leading, or coaching sales or marketing teams in the field 

• Background in home remodeling, solar, roofing, security, wireless, landscaping, or other home services is highly desirable 

• Strong communication and motivational skills 

• Goal-driven, competitive, and ready to win

Requirements 

• 2+ years in door-to-door canvassing, door-to-door sales, face-to-face field marketing, or similar outreach 

• Experience leading, training, or coaching teams 

• Strong communication and motivational skills 

• Highly motivated with a competitive drive 

• Goal-oriented and comfortable in a performance-based environment
