Marketing team at our Corporate HQ in Mechanicsburg, PA

plays a key role in driving forward our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home® by ensuring that all internal processes for managing the leads is handled with exceptional care.

As a

Field Marketing Program Manager

at West Shore Home®, you will contribute to this mission by managing the relationship with a third party Field Marketing Company and be the main point of contact for all support items for the Field Marketing efforts. This role will oversee the critical processes for handling incoming leads from the Field Marketing team ensuring that the leads meet the criteria for a qualified appointment.

You will report directly to our Director of Confirmation & Dispatch and manage the internal Inside Sales team accountable for handling Field Marketing leads. This position works closely with the Director of Marketing Planning & Analytics, Regional Marketing Manager, Director of Inside Sales Operations, and VP of Inside Sales.

What You'll Contribute

In this role, you can expect to:

Field Marketing Campaign Launch-

Authority to have the appropriate branded material, technology, reporting needs and processes to successfully launch and track the Field Marketing efforts accurately.
Coordinate with the Field Marketing leadership at branch locations to ensure that each location has all of the marketing tools and material necessary to perform the function successfully
Responsible to provide onsite training support for third party Field Marketing teams with local In-Home Sales leadership and local General Managers.
Campaign Management and Data Analysis-

Ownership over the management of the daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Review daily, weekly, and monthly performance of the Field Marketing efforts and provide routine updates to the Marketing department leadership.
Cost Management

Responsible for tracking of the total costs of the Field Marketing program and enter the correct weekly spend into the marketing performance tracking dashboard for each branch.
Team Management

Ownership over the management of the processes for handling incoming calls with requests to schedule appointments.
Responsible for Appointment Coordinator schedules to ensure that teammates available to receive inbound calls during Field Marketing hours.
What It Takes to Succeed

Four-year college degree required.
5 of sales experience and a strong understanding of sales processes required.
Experience in either face-to-face or contact center sales required.
Account management experience preferred.
Experience and understanding of navigating all Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Previous experience utilizing Salesforce CRM preferred.
Must have a valid smart phone or smart device in order to log in to Company required systems using two-factor authentication.

Schedule: Exempt role with standard hours from 8AM-5PM (Monday-Friday)
Location: Mechanicsburg, PA (On-Site)
Travel: 10%
Seniority Level: Mid-Senior Level
