What’s the Role?

As a Field Marketing Representative, you’ll be out in the field, connecting directly with Massachusetts homeowners to introduce them to energy-efficient home systems. You’ll spark interest, generate leads, and set the stage for our energy experts to close the deal—all while making a real difference in the fight against climate change.

Your Day-to-Day

• Go door-to-door in high-potential neighborhoods to engage homeowners
• Share the benefits of clean energy solutions and available rebates
• Generate leads and book virtual appointments for our energy consultants
• Track your outreach efforts using digital tools
• Travel across your region within a 50 mi radius (mileage reimbursement provided)

Who We’re Looking For

• 18+ with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• A natural communicator who loves meeting new people
• Goal-driven and ready to push past challenges
• Able to walk and work outdoors in all weather
• Experience in sales, canvassing, or customer-facing roles is preferred, not required
• Enthusiasm for sustainability and clean energy solutions
