Field Marketing Representative

JOB TITLE:  Field Marketing Representative

AUTHORITY & SUPERVISION:

• Reports directly to the Director of Business Development

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Act as a brand representative to promote Solar Cannabis’s book of brands to wholesale clients across Massachusetts. 
• Facilitate in-store activations and industry pop-ups, tradeshows, and other marketing initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with wholesale partners, ensuring brand visibility through marketing displays, co-branded materials, and collaborative promotions.
• Collect feedback from budtenders and wholesale clients to inform marketing strategies and increase sales. 
• Work closely with the Wholesale Team to brainstorm creative ways to promote new products, bundles.
• Manage and track inventory of branded marketing materials, including swag, signage, and printed collateral.
• Maintain content calendars, ensuring alignment with wholesale initiatives. 
• Work with the Director of Business Development to create and refine marketing materials for wholesale clients and in-store displays.
• Engage clients with field marketing insights using social media strategies to improve customer experience and brand awareness.
• Wholesale team and field representative will work closely with marketing to ensure collaborative efforts.
• Stay up to date with the cannabis market and use data analytics to identify emerging trends and opportunities for innovation.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 21 years of age.
• Possess a valid driver’s license or state ID.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience, BA/ BS is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Adobe Illustrator

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must pass all required background checks.
• Must be proactive, have strong work ethic and pay great attention to detail
• Organizational and time management skills required
• Ability to work nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
• Frequently moves up to 30 pounds of equipment/materials/product within rooms (100 pounds with assistance).
• May include being in a stationary position or moving for extended periods
• Use of Expensify to track miles and out of pocket expenses
