What You’ll Do:

Hit the Streets:

• Spend ~20 hours per week door-to-door in targeted neighborhoods.
• Connect with homeowners about stunning kitchen and bath remodels, and top-tier window upgrades.

Own the Event Scene:

• Be the face of Expo Home at community hotspots like Costco, Walmart, golf tournaments, and home shows.
• Set up sleek booths, grab attention, and schedule in-home consultations.

Drive High-Quality Leads:

• Generate buzz and excitement for free consultations—no hard selling!
• Share knowledge about our award-winning services and turn interest into opportunity.

Become a Product Pro:

• Master our remodeling and window solutions so you can answer questions like a boss.
• Use a proven script and your unique charm to engage prospects.

Requirements

What You Bring to the Table:

• Charisma and confidence talking to new people every day
• Proven sales or customer-facing experience
• Resilience – you're not afraid of a "no"
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
• A passion for helping homeowners upgrade their space
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (must be 18+)
