Field Merchandiser needed - Oxford MS

MERCHANDISING & RESETS- *This is NOT Full Time and is NOT part time work. All merchandisers are on an as needed basis.

A successful Retail Merchandising Representative takes the time to build relationships with in-store management, acts as a liaison between client and management, completes all work accurately and in a timely manner. If this describes you, please bring your skills to our company!

Pay: Payrate is NOT based on experience. Pay is based on project rates ranging from $14-$17 per hour. If the project allows, the rate will be higher depending on the complexity of the project and client allowances. We do not pay mileage. If you are asked to travel for us, we do pay stipends for travelers.

In this role you will:

• Work with a variety of in-store products


• Complete projects such as new item cut-in’s, audits, stocking, inventory and resets


• With most projects, you can set your own schedule. However, we do have resets that are not flexible and you must arrive on a specific date at a set time for those. If this will be an issue for you, please mention this to your District Manager during your interview.


• Take photos and report your work on company website. We do not operate on an app.

The ideal person will have:

• Must have either an iPhone or Android phone for reporting
• Must have the ability to be trained remotely and take initiative to learn our system to understand how to upload photos, take surveys and look for work opportunities.
• Current drivers license that is not expired. (please check your license)
• Must have reliable transportation


• Experience in field merchandising with 3rd party merchandising companies
• Must provide at least one merchandising company you have worked for or are currently working for
• Must be a GREAT communicator, responding to text and emails. text are expected to be answered ASAP and emails within 24 hours.


• Problem solving and service-oriented attitude


• Ability to work a flexible schedule- (most our merchandisers work for several other merchandising companies as well


• Ability to work alone or in a team environment


• Must be at least 18 years of age


• Ability to read, write and speak English
• High school graduate preferred, but will consider others based on experience.
