About the Opportunity






DMI, LLC is seeking a Field Office Deskside Technician to join us. The Field Office Deskside Technician oversees IT Services at Field Offices within Mission and Site Support Services under the Service Delivery Line of Business.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Directing teams to deliver comprehensive end-user support through MACD (Move, Add, Change, Delete) actions
  • Proactive environment assessments and responsive break/fix services to ensure mission continuity
  • Manages onsite troubleshooting and restoration of devices, coordinates with headquarters and stakeholders to align service delivery, and ensures reliability and efficiency across diverse IT environments. 
  • Technician enhances productivity and guarantees resilient IT Operations across all supported sites.








Qualifications






Required Skills & Certifications: 

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting end-user devices
  • Ability to provide on-site IT support as needed
  • Familiarity with IT asset management
  • Strong communication and customer service skills 
  • Minimum Education: High School
  • Minimum Work Experience: 4 years relevant

Citizenship Status Required: Must be a U.S. Citizen
