Field Operations Coordinator

The job consists of the following. 

Knowledge and understanding measurements of pvc plumbing. 
Understanding of Jandy & Pentair equipment. 
Troubleshooting/diagnosing Jandy & Pentair equipment. 
Installing automation for Jandy & Pentair 
Installing pumps 
Installing filters 
Recommending equipment upgrades that are needed for homeowners 
Building relationships with homeowners, vendors, & coworkers
Communicating efficiently what repairs are needed in the field 

This position requires you to understand the basic knowledge of pools. Being a natural leader wanting to grow and understand more of the pool industry. Cleanings 1-2 days a week is a MUST need for this role. Knowledge of balancing pool chemistry and how to properly clean a pool is a must. 

Work days are 5 days a week. WEEKENDS OFF GUARANTEED!
