Overview:
We’re hiring a Field Operations Lead to drive performance in the field. This role is built for someone who leads from the front, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can balance hands-on work with team leadership, customer interaction, and real-time decision-making.


Pay Range: $17.50/hr - $32.00/hr+ (Total Compensation includes Base rate + Profit Share + Tips)



  • $17.50 Base hourly rate

  • Profit share & performance incentives

  • Overtime


What You’ll Do:



  • Lead daily routes and ensure jobs are completed efficiently and on time

  • Provide on-site estimates and confidently close sales

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences on every job

  • Maintain clear internal and external communication with team members and customers

  • Serve as the first point of contact for team inquiries and real-time problem solving in the field

  • Train, coach, and support team members

  • Safely lift, load, and remove items (50+ lbs)

  • Multi-task effectively across logistics, customer service, and team leadership responsibilities

  • Hit and exceed daily performance and revenue targets


What You Bring:



  • 1–2+ years of leadership, sales, or operations experience

  • Moving or labor experience preferred

  • Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to lead by example in a physical, fast-paced role

  • Results-driven mindset with a team-first attitude

  • Valid driver’s license & 21+


Company-Wide Standards (Required for All Roles):
DOT Medical Certification



  • A valid DOT Medical Card is required for driving commercial vehicles.

  • Southwind covers the full cost of obtaining your DOT Medical Certification.


Schedule:



  • Full-Time | 5 days/week (4 weekdays + 1 weekend mandatory day)

  • Shifts run 8–12 hours and may fall anywhere between 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM, depending on business
    needs
