The Role
This is not a coordinator role. This is a field leadership role responsible for:
Leading and developing crews
Driving production performance
Hiring, training, and holding team members accountable
Executing at a high level—daily
You will be the leader of our field team.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Team Leadership & Development
Recruit, hire, and onboard painters and crew leaders
Train and develop team members into top performers
Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and pride
Conduct regular performance check-ins and coaching
Production Execution
Ensure jobs are completed on time and on budget
Maintain high-quality standards across all projects
Solve problems quickly in the field—without excuses
Support Project Managers and ensure seamless execution
Performance Management
Own labor efficiency and production KPIs
Identify underperformance and take decisive action
Drive continuous improvement across crews
Operational Excellence
Implement and enforce systems and processes
Collaborate with leadership to improve operations
Be the bridge between the field and leadership team

3–7+ years in construction, painting, or field operations
Leadership experience managing crews or teams
Proven ability to improve team performance
