FIELD OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR - MIDLAND, TX

Due to iNet's continued growth, we are looking for a qualified Field Operations Supervisor to work the Permian Basin out of our Midland, Texas office. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience while supervising field operations staff involved in the service of installing, servicing, and maintaining communications equipment at new and existing customer locations.

Requirements

What do you need to bring to the table?

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the telecommunication industry, with progressively increasing levels of responsibility.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• In-depth knowledge of LTE, Microwave radio, VSAT technologies, and safety regulations.
• Ability to work under tight timelines and pressure.
• Experience in the Oil and Gas industry is a plus.

Preferred:

• Field supervision experience managing people or projects with minimal supervision.
• Experience working in the Oil and Gas industry

Pre-employment Conditions

• Confirmation of a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
• Completion of a clean Drug and Alcohol Screening Test
• Completion of a satisfactory Criminal and Employment Record Check
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, evenings, or participate in a shift rotation and on-call rotation when scheduled is required as is reliable and consistent attendance
• Ability to work primarily outdoors in an oil and gas environment in remote locations and drive to and from different job sites - company vehicle provided when needed.
• Ability to lift rig kit equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
