Field Patcher

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Precast Concrete Wall Field Patcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will repair and finish precast concrete walls in the field, ensuring they meet high-quality standards and blend seamlessly with the original structure. This role requires a strong understanding of concrete repair techniques, attention to detail, and the ability to work in outdoor environments.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in concrete finishing, patching, or a related field.
• Knowledge of concrete materials, repair techniques, and finishing methods.
• Proficiency with hand tools, grinders, and patching equipment.
• Ability to read and follow repair instructions and drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to match textures and finishes.
• Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Experience in precast concrete production or field repairs.
• Certification in concrete finishing or related trades.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards.

Work Environment:

• Primarily field-based, working on job sites with exposure to varying weather conditions.
• May involve standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting for extended periods.
