Field Product Lead

Exodigo is the leading underground mapping solution for non-intrusive discovery. Our platforms combine multi-sensor fusion, 3D imaging, and AI technologies to create complete, accurate underground maps that enable confident decision-making for customers across the built world. We transform the project lifecycle for our customers, who include key community stakeholders in the utilities, transportation and government sectors. 

We are experiencing sky-rocketing growth and closed a historically large $96M Series B round in July of 2025.

The Field Product Lead is responsible for connecting Product and Field Operations, ensuring that new field products, features, and workflows can be successfully adopted, operated at scale, and integrated into day-to-day operations. 

The role combines product thinking, operational leadership, and hands-on field execution. It supports the transition from product development to real operational use by support pilots, building operational standards, supporting field teams, collecting field feedback, and serving as the main integration point between cross-functional teams. 

Responsibilities:

Support the rollout process of new field products and features

• Support projects using new or non-mature products until they become operationally stable. 
• Act as the primary bridge between Product, R&D, Operations, Logistics, and Field teams in non-standard projects. 
• Participate in product discovery, validation, and field testing. 

Operational Readiness 

• Build and maintain field-side Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while considering the office perspective and best practices. 
• Define how products and equipment should be used across different work scenarios. 
• Support the standardization of field workflows across regions and teams. 
• Collect structured lessons learned and drive continuous improvement based on field deployment processes. 
• Identify operational risks and help define mitigation plans. 

Cross-Functional Leadership 

• Facilitate working groups focused on Product and Operations challenges. 
• Coordinate activities between Product, Operations, Supply Chain, Training, and Field teams. 
• Drive decision-making around operational processes and product adoption, including identifying when escalation is required. 
• Align stakeholders around priorities and execution plans, including critical milestones (Gantt), required support, and urgent decisions. 

Equipment & Logistics 

• Support equipment planning and operational readiness. 
• Work closely with Logistics and Procurement to ensure products can be deployed efficiently. 
• Help define equipment kits, operational configurations, beta versions, unique equipment or software versions, and new operational methods (for example, scanning a 500 m polygon with ExoRoad). 

Planning & Discovery 

• Participate in project planning and site discovery while understanding the needs of all stakeholders (BIS, Operations, Product Management, Delivery, etc.). 
• Define operational requirements before project execution (RTK providers, connectivity, regulations, etc.). 
• Evaluate new workflows and recommend process improvements.

• Proven experience in field operations and leading cross-functional projects across multiple internal stakeholders - A must.
• Experience working in a data-driven, analytical environment - A must.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience writing operational documentation and SOPs - Nice to have.
• Strong problem-solving and execution skills.
