This is not a desk job. It’s a hands-on role for a skilled remodeler and multi-skilled carpenter who takes ownership of every detail. You’ll be working in the field every day, tools in hand, while leading helpers, solving problems on-site, and building strong client relationships. We’re looking for someone with an ownership mentality — the kind of person who treats every project like it’s their own and cares deeply about quality, accuracy, and customer trust.
Perform hands-on carpentry and remodeling work daily — you’ll always have tools in hand
Install frameless cabinetry, fine carpentry, precision miter joints, and trim details at the highest level
Lead by example on-site: directing helpers while staying deeply engaged in the work
Communicate clearly with clients and sales designers to ensure accuracy and satisfaction
Use digital tools (iPads, apps) to manage plans, progress, and real-time updates
Maintain organized, safe, and spotless job sites that reflect our reputation for excellence
Take full ownership of your projects — ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and client delight
A craftsman at heart: detail-driven, precise, and multi-skilled
Ownership mindset: you treat every job like it’s your own home and reputation
Multi-skilled remodeler: finish carpentry plus other trades (drywall, paint, light plumbing, light electrical, etc.)
Energetic and motivated by clear goals and performance incentives
Client-focused communicator: professional, calm, and able to inspire trust
Decisive problem-solver: you make smart calls in the field to keep projects moving
High integrity: you do what you say and hold yourself to the highest standards
7+ years of residential remodeling or carpentry experience
Proven ability to lead remodeling projects while staying hands-on in the field
Expert finish carpentry skills, including:
Frameless cabinet installation
Fine carpentry and trim details
Precision miter joints
Additional trade knowledge (drywall, painting, light electrical, light plumbing) strongly preferred
Comfort using iPads and digital tools for plans, progress, and communication
