Are you a detail-driven project manager with experience in roofing and windows? Do you thrive on running organized, efficient jobs while delivering a top-tier customer experience? At The Third Estimate, we’re looking for a Project Manager who can take full ownership of residential exterior projects—from takeoffs and ordering to scheduling, walkthroughs, and final completion.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Own the Project – Manage roofing and windows jobs from kickoff through completion
Takeoffs & Ordering – Accurately measure, estimate, and order all materials
Scheduling – Coordinate crews, deliveries, and timelines to keep jobs on track
Budget Management – Monitor costs, control job profitability, and avoid overages
Customer Experience – Communicate clearly with homeowners and ensure satisfaction
Job Walkthroughs – Conduct pre-construction meetings and final inspections
Problem Solving – Address issues in real time to prevent delays or callbacks
Cross-Team Collaboration – Work closely with sales, production, and customer service

What We’re Looking For:

✔ 3+ years experience in roofing and/or window project management
✔ Strong knowledge of takeoffs, materials, and installation processes
✔ Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and budgets
✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✔ Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accountability
✔ Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus)
✔ Valid driver’s licensek, clean driving record

$65,000 to $75,000 base salary + performance-based bonus
