Field Promotions Associate

VMC Acquisitions is a fast growing company with a reputation for excellence in brand promotion and customer engagement. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly motivated Field Promotions Associate to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be directly involved in sales and marketing, where you’ll help us elevate our brand through face-to-face interactions with customers. 

As a Field Promotions Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales efforts and helping us reach new customers in various field locations. You'll engage with customers in person, promoting our products and services while strengthening the connection between our brand and the community. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable, and ready to make an immediate impact in the field. 

Filed Promotions Associate Responsibilities:

• As a Field Promotions Associate, you will perform face-to-face activities and product demonstrations at designated field locations.
• Travel to field locations with reliable transportation to support sales and promotional activities.
• Assist in the execution of promotional campaigns and supporting efforts to increase brand visibility and sales.
• Building customer relationships through proactive engagement and outstanding service. 
• Partake in daily meetings with fellow Field Promotions Associates to go over any issues that arose and collaborate with the team for solutions.
• Working closely with the marketing and sales teams to maintain consistent promotional content across all field locations. 

Field Promotions Associate Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required. 
• Field Promotions Associates must have previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but not required. 
• A passion for customer engagement and brand promotion, with a strong desire to grow within the company.
• A positive, professional attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage customers and drive sales results. 
• Reliable transportation to travel to various field locations as needed.
