The Field Recognition Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day execution of field recognition programs, awards, communications, and fulfillment activities. This role supports initiatives designed to recognize and celebrate the achievements of independent sales representatives and leaders.
The coordinator serves as a central point of coordination between Recognition, Field Education, Compliance, Communications, external vendors, and other cross-functional partners to ensure recognition programs for the field representatives are executed accurately, consistently and on schedule.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously. This role requires strong communication skills, exceptional follow-through, and the ability to manage recurring projects with a high degree of accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate monthly, quarterly, annual and special recognition programs.
Collect, validate, and maintain recognition and award data.
Identify and verify recognition recipients based on program criteria.
Coordinate recipient communications, announcements, and recognition materials.
Partner with various teams to develop and distribute recognition content.
Manage project timelines, approvals, deliverables, and deadlines associated with field recognition programs.
Coordinate award and gift fulfillment with internal teams and external vendors.
Maintain records, trackers, and reporting related to field recognition programs.
Support Marketing and Field Development Executive reviews, meetings, presentations, and special recognition initiatives.
Identify opportunities to improve field recognition processes and program execution.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience preferred in project coordination, program administration, marketing coordination, communications, operations, or a related role.
Experience supporting marketing focused recognition, awards, incentives, contests, etc.
Experience in direct selling, network marketing, loyalty programs, or member-based organizations
Strong organizational, time management, and follow-through skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Proficiency with all Microsoft Products (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word). Canva and Asana experience or something equivalent would be highly desired.
