Field Recruiter

Eminence Home Care is on the lookout for a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our home care services. You will play a crucial part in ensuring we have a dedicated workforce that aligns with our mission of delivering exceptional care to clients. Schedule: Part-Time, 24 hours minimum weekly. This role requires time spent in office and field.

Compensation: $23/hr + mileage reimbursement

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions.
• Create engaging job postings and enhance our employer brand across platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and manage the applicant tracking system.
• Collaborate with the HR team to improve the overall recruitment process and employee retention efforts.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the healthcare or home care industry.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and team members.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
