We are looking for a Field Recruiter to work on our onsite data collection project in Santa Clara, California.

Role Summary

The Field Recruiter is responsible for identifying and sourcing participants of different demographics to complete our data collection project. 

Responsibilities:

• Establish direct contact with potential candidates on a daily basis through different channels including field recruitment in the Cupertino area.

• Integrate social media and professional networking in recruitment strategies.

• Build partnerships with universities, organizations and advertisement entities in order to enhance the company brand and increase the interest in our openings.

• Identify the most effective advertisement channels for a variety of projects and programs.

• Search for and find new and innovative ways to source candidates.

• Meet weekly sourcing targets.
