Field Representative

The opportunity: This entry-level role represents an organization in customer-facing field locations and builds relationships through direct interaction.

IN-PERSON • PEOPLE-FACING • ON-SITE

This is an on-site position with regular face-to-face interaction. The role is designed for someone comfortable working directly with customers, clients, members, community participants, partners, or onsite coworkers rather than working exclusively behind the scenes.

A typical day may include:

1. Meet customers or community members face to face

2. Explain services, products, or initiatives clearly

3. Gather feedback and communicate next steps

4. Represent the organization professionally at assigned locations

Candidate profile: A strong entry-level candidate is personable, dependable, comfortable starting conversations, organized, coachable, and able to communicate professionally in a fast-moving environment. Related experience can be helpful, but transferable experience from retail, hospitality, customer service, campus activities, athletics, or other people-facing work may also be relevant
