Learn more about our benefits. \n\nJob Description\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Own the resource planning for the PSE organization\n\n * Responsible for the business process and execution of HC demand planning, Account - BU alignment and HC approval recommendation for the PSE organization. Work closely with the accounts to understand the HC demand by product area, interact with the BUs to align on the priorities and prioritize the asks, as well as help execute the HC approval process for the field. \n\n * Oversight and governance over field activities at the accounts: Strategic work in R\u0026D sites, support in High Volume Manufacturing sites. Forecast and track installation activities\n\n * PSE Productivity - drive the productivity improvement efforts for the PSE community.\n\n\n\n\nFunctional Knowledge\n\n * Demonstrates broad and comprehensive understanding of different systems, theories and practices\n\n * Ability to define business processes and drive change management\n\n\n\n\nBusiness Expertise\n\n * Applies broad industry and commercial awareness to drive financial and operational performance across business unit, department or sub-functions\n\n\n\n\nLeadership\n\n * Leads through influence; executes segment/functional business plans and contributes to the development of segment/functional strategy\n\n\n\n\nProblem Solving\n\n * Directs the resolution of highly complex or unusual business problems applying advanced analytical thought and judgment\n\n\n\n\nImpact\n\n * Guided by segment/functional strategy, impacts results of a department, business unit or sub-function or facilitates the work done by other segments/functions by providing support to impact the business\n\n\n\n\nInterpersonal Skills\n\n * Negotiates and influences the opinions of others at the senior executive level and in external organizations; exercises sensitivity to the audience \n\n\n\n\nPosition requires understanding of Applied Materials global Standards of Business Conduct and compliance with these standards at all times.
