WHAT TO EXPECT

• Lead Generation: You will build a steady stream of prospects through networking and canvassing.
• Field Inspections: You will be on roofs daily, documenting damage and talking to homeowners.
• Closing: You will present solutions and get contracts signed in the field.
• Pipeline Speed: You will manage your own leads and move them forward with urgency.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• You are comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders.
• You move fast and hate being slowed down by micromanagement.
• You have a valid license and a vehicle that can get you around the Austin area.
• You want a role where your paycheck is a direct reflection of your effort.

THE COMPENSATION

• $120k–$300k+ annual potential.
• Performance-based commissions + bonuses.
