THE WORK

• Finding Opportunities: You will be in the field, canvassing neighborhoods and building a pipeline of homeowners.
• Property Inspections: You will climb ladders and walk roofs to find and document storm damage.
• Consultative Sales: You will guide homeowners through the insurance process and close the deal.
• Self-Management: You will track your own progress and move with urgency to hit your targets.

THE PAYOFF
