Compensation:
💰 Salary Range: $75,000 to $80,000 annually
💵 Estimated Total Cash Compensation: ~$103,000 to $107,000 including allowances
🏆 Bonus: Generous discretionary, performance-based bonus opportunity

Schedule:

Scope of Role:
This role supports heavy civil construction and early infrastructure development across Mississippi. Emphasis is placed on field engagement, hazard recognition, and compliance reinforcement.

Qualifications:
✅ OSHA 30 preferred
✅ OSHA 510 preferred
✅ Exposure to utilities, grading, or infrastructure projects
✅ Travel flexibility
