• A High School Diploma is essential (Associate's/Bachelor's in Business strongly preferred)
• 1+ year of direct retail/management experience collaborating with store managers, OR 3-5 years in retail, sales, or account management is required
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record required
• Maximum annual salary: $80,000
• Full-time, permanent W-2 employee

• Significant travel required (daily, including 1-3 overnights per week); company vehicle provided

In This Role, You Will:

• Manage a designated sales route with weekly store visits, handling orders, credits, overstock, and product rotation
• Build critical relationships with store personnel, serving as the face of the company while communicating promotions
• Work independently with stores to recommend assortment improvements and present new growth opportunities
• Ensure excellent customer relations through consistent communication and collaboration with internal support teams

The Ideal Candidate Will Bring:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's/Bachelor's in Business preferred)
• 1+ year of direct retail/management experience with store managers, or 3-5 years in retail, sales, or account management (food sales a plus)
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly self-motivated and disciplined, with strong problem-solving abilities and Microsoft Office fluency
• Flexible and willing to travel daily across a multi-state route, including 1-3 overnights per week
