Position Overview – Field Sales Consultant (Roofing)

We’re seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Rep to join our elite roofing team. You’ll be the front line of our mission, educating homeowners, generating leads, and guiding clients through a smooth, rewarding sales process. Whether you’re knocking on doors or closing qualified appointments, your potential here is unlimited.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Canvass neighbourhoods, engage homeowners, and build trust. You’ll also receive company-generated appointments to help you close more deals, faster.
• Homeowner Consultations: Clearly explain the value of our roofing systems, warranties, and how we support clients through the insurance restoration process.
• Property Inspections: Perform exterior roof assessments and document storm-related damage using digital tools for accurate reporting.
• Project Coordination: Partner with internal teams to ensure fast, seamless installs—from signed contract to final inspection.

• 1+ year of door-to-door (D2D) or in-home sales experience.
• Comfortable in a 100% commission-based role.
• Self-starter with a competitive, go-getter attitude.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Tech-savvy with access to a tablet or laptop.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a strong plus!
