Job Description - Field Sales Executive - Northeast

We're looking for a Field Sales Executive who wants to own a territory, build meaningful customer relationships, and drive long -term growth in a rapidly expanding business.

Territory: Northeast United States

This position is responsible for developing new business and expanding customer relationships throughout the Northeast United States. The successful candidate will drive territory growth through direct customer engagement, partner collaboration, and consultative selling.

Compensation
  • Base Salary: $80,000–$110,000
  • On -Target Earnings (OTE): $160,000–$200,000+
  • Uncapped commission plan

  • Generate new opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and partner engagement

  • Create a repeatable territory strategy that generates long -term pipeline and revenue
  • Become a trusted resource to customers and partners within your market

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the growth strategy for an assigned territory
  • Develop new business through prospecting, networking, and in -person customer engagement
  • Build relationships with enterprise and mission -critical customers
  • Collaborate with manufacturers, carriers, distributors, and channel partners to create opportunities
  • Lead consultative sales engagements from discovery through close
  • Build and manage pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity progression
  • Partner closely with engineering and operations teams to deliver successful customer outcomes


Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in technology, telecommunications, networking, infrastructure, mobility, or related industries
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline and close new business
  • Strong consultative selling and discovery skills
  • Experience selling into enterprise, public safety, utilities, transportation, critical infrastructure, or similar markets
  • Experience working with manufacturers, carriers, distributors, VARs, or channel partners
  • Self -starter who thrives with autonomy, accountability, and territory ownership
  • Ability to navigate both structured procurement and commercial sales cycles
  • Strong relationship -building, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel approximately 50–75% within assigned territory
