Job Summary

Elevate your career with ACE Wireless! As a Field Sales Representative, you’ll work at the intersection of people & technology, selling AT&T’s fiber-based broadband network to consumers door to door. You’ll be responsible for growing AT&T’s market share in your assigned area/communities by building relationships with homeowners and community personnel, ultimately closing sales. 

Duties & Responsibilities

• Hit the pavement and close sales in assigned residential neighborhoods (we supply the leads – you close the deals).  
• Build genuine connections with homeowners, uncover their needs, and match them with the best solutions.  
• Represent nationally recognized brands with confidence and integrity.  
• Track your performance and strive to exceed monthly sales goals.  
• Provide world-class customer experiences that lead to repeat business and referrals.

Education & Experience

• Previous door-to-door or face-to-face sales experience is a huge plus 
• Outside telecommunications sales experience 
• Fiber broadband technology experience and knowledge preferred. 
• Efficient in sales funnel management; previous experience in CRM systems 

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to stand or walk for prolonged periods throughout the day. 
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times. 
• Must be able to pass a drug screen, background check, and motor vehicle check. 
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance 
• Reliable vehicle per transportation needs of the market. 
• Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed assigned sales targets. 
• Strong networking and negotiation skills
