Field Sales Representative - Growth-Minded Organization

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers from assigned leads & territory based on door-to-door solicitation, outbound calling campaigns, lead follow-up, grass-root marketing events, etc
• Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations/proposals on products and services that meet customers' needs
• Support team and team goals by actively participating in all sales meetings and complete training programs
• Complete all administrative tasks related to products sold in accordance with departmental policies, procedures, & quality control guidelines
• Stay well-informed about competitors' activities in the assigned territory and inform the manager of any changing competitive pricing programs or marketing directives

What you'll have:

• High School Diploma
• Ability to travel to and from assigned territories using a reliable personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement is provided)
• Valid driver's license, car insurance, and satisfactory driving record
• Familiarity with computer operating systems, software applications, and communication devices
• Proficient in identifying customer needs and tailoring the right solution to the customer
• A strong personal drive to meet and exceed sales targets
