Field Service Engineer (CT/MRI/PET-CT) - Hiring Immediately

Seasoned Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer specializing in CT/MRI/PET-CT systems. The Field Service Engineer will play a critical role in providing technical support for medical imaging equipment, ensuring the highest quality service delivery to our clients in the healthcare industry.

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining CT/MRI/PET-CT systems at customer sites. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide effective solutions to technical issues. Additionally, you will be involved in training users on equipment operation and maintenance, as well as performing preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.

In order to succeed in this role, you must have a strong background in medical imaging technology, with expertise in CT/MRI/PET-CT systems. You should be familiar with the latest industry advancements and possess excellent problem-solving skills. Additionally, you must be able to work independently and have outstanding customer service abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-demand phone and on-site support as required.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CT/MRI/PET-CT systems at customer sites.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide effective technical solutions.
• Train users on the proper operation and maintenance of CT/MRI/PET-CT systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
• Conduct service visits to customer sites and respond to service requests in a timely manner.
• Document all service activities, including diagnostic and repair information.
• Work closely with manufacturers and technical support teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in medical imaging technology.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Must have extensive background in servicing Medical Imaging equipment.
• Strong background in medical imaging technology, with expertise in CT/MRI/PET-CT systems.
• Experience in installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining CT/MRI/PET-CT systems.
• Familiarity with the latest industry advancements in medical imaging technology.
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to document service activities accurately.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer sites as required.
• Must be willing to travel within the United States
• OEM or third party training/experience preferred.
