National Mill Maintenance is seeking to add skilled Field Service Leads to the team! This role will build and maintain relationships with the field service staff and company customers.

Responsibilities include:

Safety Training
Job Planning
Scheduling
Maintain and build customer relationships
Mentor Employees
Evaluate and Solve Employee Issues

Requirements

Valid Driver's License
High School Diploma or equivalent
