We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Field Service Manager (Residential Construction) to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers who have questions or concerns about the work performed by our company. Your responsibilities will include setting up appointments, assessing the situation on-site, addressing customer concerns, identifying opportunities for additional services or repairs and performing basic installations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer calls and inquiries regarding completed construction or repair work.
  • Coordinate scheduling and dispatch to ensure efficient and timely services.
  • Use a company vehicle to travel to customer sites for on-site evaluations.
  • Assess the situation, address customer concerns, and provide expert advice on necessary actions.
  • Identify and sell additional products or services that may benefit the customer.
  • Coordinate with the appropriate crews to return to the site and attempt alternative solutions if needed.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, assessments, and resolutions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple service visits simultaneously. 
  • Develop and implement processes to improve customer satisfaction, reduce cases, and increase repeat business.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in residential construction, repair, or a related field 2+ year.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to assess construction-related issues and provide practical solutions.
  • Sales experience is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to travel out of town if necessary.
