Job Description - Field Service Product Line Manager
Drive revenue and margin performance for the product line, ensuring financial objectives are met. Lead the product line's strategic planning process, aligning with operations, sales, and finance, and present strategies to key stakeholders for ongoing alignment. Develop and implement go-to-market plans informed by market trends, competitive positioning, portfolio gaps, and underpenetrated segments/geographies; report on outcomes. Drive division and sector strategic growth initiatives such as Data Center Brownfield Services, Remote Services, Extended Warranty Subscriptions, Service Attachment, Lead Generation, NFPA 70B Maintenance, Digitalization, Electrical Worker Training, Utility P&C, etc. Collaborate with other product lines (e.g. Switchgear Modernization and Power Systems Solutions businesses) to drive synergies and promote a portfolio approach to growth across EESS. Build and own business cases for strategic investments and deliver measurable results. Oversee the pricing team (Technical Application Support) to develop and execute strategy for continuous improvement of proposal quality and decision-making effectiveness aligned to division objectives. Recruit, manage, and effectively coach the product management team and marketing analysts Set strategic direction on digital tools, processes and metrics that enhance customer experience and support revenue and profitability goals. Serve as the voice of customer, ensuring expectations, goals, and targets are aligned across division functions, and sales/channel organizations. Collaborate with channels, major accounts, global product line teams, and segment managers to optimize market penetration strategies.Work with the marcom team to promote services through traditional materials, online platforms, and multimedia assets. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution Minimum of 3 years of experience managing direct reports Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical marketing, sales, strategic planning, operations or product line management Master's Degree in Business Administration from an accredited institution At least 5 years of combined experience across Product Management and Sales At least 3 years of Field Services experience
