Field Service Proposal Solution Specialist

20% Travel 

1. Review customer requests for quotation preparation and manage the bidding and proposal cycle.
2. Act as primary sales support for sales representatives and outside salesmen.
3. Provide technical support to outsides sales channels as necessary to help close orders.
4. Travel by aircraft and/or automobile is required. 20% of travel is expected to include travel to customer sites or conferences, depending on project needs.

Requirements

Education:

• 4-year degree from an accredited institution; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8 to 15 years of experience within the industry or an acceptable combination of education and experience directly related to field service.
• Must have demonstrated skill and knowledge of technical, commercial, and customer requirements of field service within the power industry. 
• Must have demonstrated skill and knowledge in pricing, proposal generation and business development.
• Demonstrated experience and proficiency interpreting one-line diagrams, electrical schematics, and physical diagrams specific to the design and installation of electrical equipment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
