Field Service Representative

We’re expanding fast and looking for driven Field Service Representatives who are confident, professional, and motivated to succeed.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners for pre-scheduled, confirmed appointments (no cold calls)
• Conduct thorough roof inspections and document findings
• Educate homeowners on available solutions, materials, and pricing options
• Help customers make informed, confident decisions
• Deliver 5–10 in-home consultations per week
• Maintain detailed notes and follow-ups through CRM software
• Attend team meetings and ongoing training

Compensation

• $125,000–$200,000+ per year (base draw + uncapped commission + bonuses)
• Average monthly earnings: $10,000–$18,000
• Weekly pay structure
• Paid training included

Schedule

• Monday–Friday: Appointments at 1pm & 6pm and occasionally 10am as well
• Saturday: 10am and 2pm appointments
• Sales meetings: Ongoing daily
• Field-based role (drive 30–90 mins to confirmed appointments)

• 3+ years of outside sales or customer-facing experience
• Strong communication & presentation skills
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Coachable, confident, and highly motivated personality
• Tech-savvy (comfortable using tablets or CRM software)
• iPad required (purchase through us is available)
