Job Description - Field Service Representative (FSR) - Bahrain
Location: Bahrain Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Representative (FSR) to provide technical support for ground-based and low-altitude electronic warfare (EW) radio frequency (RF) systems. The FSR will support missions in various Combatant Commands (COCOM) and other areas of operation (AOR) as identified. This role involves traveling to remote forward operating bases (FOB) to interface with end users, track usage and location of systems, and report user feedback to logistics and engineering teams.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to end users of EW/RF systems.
Train EW officers and individual units on system maintenance and operation.
Travel to remote FOBs to interface with end users, track usage and location of systems, and report user feedback.
Support system repairs and sustainment of current and future Expeditionary EW systems.
Perform maintenance tasks including testing, repairing, removing and replacing parts, loading software and firmware for systems, subsystems, equipment, and components.
Analyze and diagnose failure modes, report incidents, perform repair operations, and complete post-maintenance checkout procedures.
Maintain necessary replacement parts for system repairs.
Coordinate systems, equipment, or other items in need of repair.
Act as a conduit to the requiring technical authority (RTA), providing operational feedback on the system.
Perform all activities relating to testing and inspection of inventory items received and provide reports.
U.S. citizen with an active and current SECRET level security clearance.
Valid passport.
Minimum of three years of repair and maintenance experience with military electronic systems at the operational and intermediate repair levels.
Experience specific to the EW and RF family of systems. Preferably CREW I1B1, MODI, MADS-K, MADIS, CVRJ, and JCREW DRAKE.
Proficiency in electrical safety principles and guidelines, electronic support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and isolating vehicle direct current power distribution faults.
Ability to complete system diagnostic analysis to isolate and identify defective system assemblies.
Capability to perform on-site repair or replacement of identified defective external system assemblies.
Positive record of past employment.
Ability to flex daily work schedule to support end-user mission requirements
