Field Service Representative (FSR) Site Lead
Job Summary
Hatalom Corporation is seeking an experienced Field Service Representative (FSR) Site Lead to oversee operations, personnel, and client engagement at an assigned site. This role ensures seamless execution of daily activities, fosters a high-performance team culture, and maintains alignment with organizational goals, customer requirements, and compliance standards. The Site Lead serves as the primary point of contact for site-level issues, reporting administratively to the Hatalom MCTIS Program Manager and operationally to the Saab Operations Officer.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate site staff, including training, performance management, and career development.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture centered on accountability and collaboration.
- Conduct daily huddles, regular check-ins, and administer performance evaluations.
- Monitor site operations to ensure staff coverage, readiness, and execution of tasks.
- Issue, configure, and maintain serialized equipment per support plans.
- Oversee equipment emplacement, troubleshooting, maintenance, and recovery.
- Manage schedules, timecards, and PTO requests.
- Prepare and submit weekly site reports and performance metrics to the Program Manager.
- Serve as the on-site liaison with Saab leadership, ensuring expectations are met.
- Collaborate on site planning, installation, and risk management.
- Provide inputs for monthly deliverables and ensure compliance with the Statement of Work.
- Attend meetings, escalate issues, and recommend solutions.
- Deliver equipment familiarity and functionality lessons in both classroom and field settings.
- Support deploying units with troubleshooting, exchanges, and battery resupply.
- Participate in training sessions and overseas assignments as required.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of supervisory or managerial experience
- Proficient in MS office suites, able to communicate fluidly
Preferred Qualifications
- Ideal candidate is a former Marine SNCO with recent training experience.
- 4 years of experience with Fleet Marine Force operational experience preferred.
- Experience or expertise in warehousing operations, embarking operations, heavy equipment or motor transport operations, and / or field communications preferred.
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and forklift certification highly desirable.
Working Conditions
- Some office work in a climate-controlled facility.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, to include some holidays and weekends.
- Occasional prolonged outdoor exposure to the elements. Work in inclement temperatures from 100 degrees in a low elevation desert climate to negative 25 degrees in a high elevation (6,500 - 10,000 feet) mountainous environment.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (50 lbs. maximum).
- Ability to drive in the training areas with poor driving conditions due to rugged terrain, weather, and range debris.
- Qualification as an authorized company driver is required. All authorized company drivers must have a valid driver's license, current automobile insurance, and a driving record that is acceptable to the company's auto insurance provider.
- May require 15% - 20% travel. Some training overseas may occur which requires a valid U.S. Passport.

On-Site at 29 Palms, CA - relocation assistance is not available for this position.
