Field Service Supervisor (Oilfield Services)

EnerStar Solutions is hiring a Field Service Supervisor in Trout Run, PA to lead field operations, manage crews, and ensure safe, efficient job site execution across worksite services including housing, logistics, and communications.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily field operations and supervise technicians across active job sites


• Ensure safety compliance, DOT adherence, and proper PPE usage


• Interface directly with clients to maintain service quality and satisfaction


• Support installations, maintenance, and field logistics as needed


• Partner with District Manager to drive productivity and operational success


• Verify job tickets, reporting, and field documentation

What You Bring

• 2+ years field or oilfield service experience


• Experience leading crews or acting as a lead technician


• Working knowledge of DOT regulations


• Strong communication and customer-facing skills


• Clean driving record

Work Conditions

• Travel required based on job site needs


• Outdoor field environment, physically demanding role
