We are currently seeking motivated and dependable Field Service Technicians to join our growing team. This is a field-based position, ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work outdoors in all types of weather and are committed to delivering top-quality service.

Job Overview:

This role includes operating pressure washing equipment, performing general maintenance, and collecting and repairing abandoned shopping carts. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, has a strong work ethic, and can manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate mobile pressure washing equipment to clean surfaces such as buildings, sidewalks, and commercial vehicles.


• Collect and return abandoned shopping carts from surrounding areas.


• Perform general maintenance and repairs on equipment and property.


• Inspect and maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles to ensure optimal performance.


• Follow all company safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.


• Troubleshoot issues on-site and recommend solutions as needed.


• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients.


• Provide excellent customer service and uphold Kept Companies standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum age: 21 years


• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (required)


• Ability to pass a background check and drug test


• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working on your feet for extended periods


• High school diploma or GED required


• Mechanically inclined; comfortable using hand and power tools


• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions


• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English


• DOT Medical Card preferred – training and certification provided by company if needed


• Experience in pressure washing, maintenance, or similar field preferred but not required
