Atlantic Bingo Supply is a leader in the multi-billion dollar charitable gaming industry. We distribute a wide array of products including consumables (pull tab tickets, bingo paper and ink, etc.) as well as state-of-the-art, electronic gaming products. Our products are sold, installed, and operated in numerous social and gaming venues. Ideal candidate will need to travel to support customers in PA, NJ, and MD.  Ideal location would be Allentown, PA.

Position Summary

As a Field Service Technician, you will maintain and service electronic Bingo equipment including handheld electronic gaming units, ensure 100% customer satisfaction, and assist other Field Service Technicians, as necessary. You will service customers throughout the state of Florida. Your typical day will begin mid-morning and end in the early evening hours. However, you must have the flexibility to work outside of these hours.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities

• Repair/Maintenance of electronic gaming devices and other Bingo equipment.
• Equipment installation, light mechanical refurbishing, maintain preventative maintenance schedules.
• Customer service.
• Assisting in tech sales as needed.

Requirements

Requirements, Experience and Education

• High school diploma / GED equivalent.
• Basic electronics, PC knowledge, and networking knowledge.
• Microsoft applications and Windows knowledge.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Other Skills/Abilities

• Must be self-motivated, self-sufficient, and able to follow directions.
• Must be able to work into the early evening hours and weekends as needed.
• Service locations are located throughout the state of Florida. You must be open to driving distances and periodic overnight stays.

• A company vehicle is provided, and a safe driving record must be maintained.
• Be safety oriented.
