Job Summary:

The Field Service Technician will work independently, under the direction of the Quality Manager, to diagnose issues and repair warranty pumps and other products.

Primary Job Duties:

• Troubleshooting and diagnosing problems of pumps or other products.
• Perform diagnostic tests to detect issues and identify root causes.
• Rebuild/repair various products as needed for warranties and restocking.
• Utilize Warranty Ticket System.  
• Maintain detailed records/documents of all warranty work.
• Communicate with internal departments regarding service tickets.
• Assist with customer/rep training on products.
• Tear down non-warranty products and dispose of scrap.
• Troubleshooting over the phone for pumps and equipment may be required.
• Occasional site visitation is needed for troubleshooting and/or repairing pumps and equipment if required.
• Work safely while maintaining 6s.

Travel Requirements: up to 50%

Pay Range: Commensurate based on experience.

Shift/hours: Normal operating hours are between 7 am and 6 pm, Monday through Friday.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent 
• Mechanically inclined 
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail 
• Consistent work history 
• Ability to collaborate within a team 
• Positive communication skills 
• Capability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
