Field Service Technician

Description

Air Specialty and Equipment is one of the largest air compressor distributors in Texas. We are seeking an experienced individual, who has worked in an industrial or manufacturing environment, to fill the position of Field Service Technician for the Gregory, TX area. 

Responsibilities for the role include, but are not limited to, troubleshooting, maintaining, repairing and installing Air Compressors and Rotating Equipment while also gaining knowledge and experience with industrial air compressors and other compressed air equipment. You will also be responsible for the up-keep of all company trucks, and communicate with the Technical Department regularly to find solutions.

Candidate must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record. Pre-employment drug screening and background check is required.

Requirements

• 2+ years field service experience
• Strong mechanical and electrical background
• Experience servicing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing commercial and industrial compressors and dryers desired
• Possess strong troubleshooting skills
