Justin Laundry Systems, Inc. is looking for a skilled and dependable field service technician to diagnose and repair commercial laundry equipment while providing superior service to our clients. Technicians are responsible for completing tasks in an efficient manner while maintaining a high quality of work.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Repair and maintain laundry equipment in response to customer calls
- Manage all onsite installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks
- Complete the required number of service calls daily and meet performance goals
- Promote customer satisfaction with property managers
- Monitor all tools, equipment, supplies, and vehicles
- Track and document all issues during the workday and follow through with the appropriate parties
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment
- Complete service reports and other documents in a professional manner
- Maintain a sufficient and accurate inventory of replacement parts
- Always maintain a clean and safe vehicle
- Perform other duties as requested
Skills:
- General knowledge of basic electrical and mechanical concepts
- Able to lift heavy equipment safely
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task with attention to details
- Excellent time-management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Light plumbing and electrical knowledge
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills are a must
Requirements:
- An active driver’s license along with a satisfactory driving record
- Ability to pass drug screenings
- Punctual, dependable, and trustworthy
- Acceptable criminal record
- Available to work overtime when needed
- Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills are a must
- Occasional travel with overnight stays
