Job Description - Field Service Technician

Hodge Industrial is a trusted partner to manufacturing and industrial clients, providing mission-critical compressed air systems and services that keep facilities running efficiently. Our team delivers fast, reliable solutions, ensuring minimal downtime and exceptional customer satisfaction.

As a Field Service Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers by installing, servicing, and maintaining industrial compressed air systems. Your work will directly impact operational reliability and customer trust.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Install new industrial compressed air systems at client sites
  • Service and maintain existing compressed air systems to ensure optimal performance
  • Diagnose and repair system issues to minimize unscheduled downtime
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships
  • Clean and maintain customer equipment to uphold safety and quality standards
  • Utilize technology (phones, tablets, apps) to document work and communicate effectively

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of electrical experience troubleshooting industrial systems
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams
  • Comfortable using phones, tablets, and mobile apps for work tasks
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Willingness and ability to travel within a service territory of approximately 100 miles
